Return Policy

With our customer's happiness being our main priority, we are more than happy to offer a free return policy. If you are unhappy with your product(s) for any reason, please feel free to return your (product(s) for a full refund.

Please email us at support@t3triathlongear.com within 14 days of receiving your product(s) with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. We will send you a pre-paid return label to return your product(s) with. Products must be postmarked 7 days after receiving your pre-paid label.

Please keep in mind that items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition. We cannot accept returns for damaged or used items.

We are also happy to offer sizing exchanges. In order to start an exchange, email as at support@t3triathlongear.com with your order number, the product(s) you would like to exchange, and the size you would like to exchange for.
